Is Bridging Finance A Scam?

Believe it or not, this is a question that we get asked! The reason that people ask it is because they don't understand what bridging finance is.

When a home or a property is sold, it takes two to three months for the paperwork to get processed and for you to get your money. If you don't want to wait two to three months, you can get in touch with us, and we will issue you your money in advance so that you don't have to wait. That's called bridging finance.

Now, when bridging finance gets done, we are issuing you your funds so that can't possibly be a scam. First of all before that even gets done, we do some basic checks. You fill in some basic paperwork, when you're comfortable, and we're comfortable, the money gets issued.

So everything is above board, everything is legitimate, and everything is transparent so that you know exactly what goes on. That's what bridging finance is. That's how we operate.
