Choosing Your Own Attorney

So you are looking to sell your property, and here's a fun fact...

Did you know: you as the seller can decide which attorney you're going to work with?

Every time a property is sold in South Africa, the way it works is that there's an attorney that helps to transfer it from the person selling the property (you in this case) to the person that is buying the property.

The attorney that does this is called a transferring attorney or a conveyancer.

You, as the person selling get to choose which transferring attorney you want to work with.

That's your right as the seller.

The buyer does not have this right.

Now I hate to say it... but there are some conveyancers that are not so great...

There have been really big messes caused by conveyancers that are not professional.

It would be to your benefit to get somebody who can do the job right at an affordable rate, and with speed, so that you don't need to wait long for this transfer process.

At Empower Funding we can give you some recommendations of conveyancers who we recommend that you work with, and we can give that to you free of charge.

We work with so many that we found a few that we really enjoy working with and that are professional.

We would be happy to assist you with this.

Thank you for reading this and please see the video below!
