"What documents do we need to have in place in order for you to get bridging finance?"
Well, this is a good question because sometimes the transfer process might not be ready yet for bridging, but you want to get the process going in the meantime so that when everything is in place, you get your money in a matter of hours.
So what do you need? First of all, make sure that the Offer To Purchase or the Sales Agreement is fully signed by both the seller and the buyer. On top of that, you want to make sure the bank has given all the documentation, including the bank guarantees. Now, if you talk to your transferring attorney and ask them these things they will be more than willing to assist. We will be in touch with them and with you so that the process is smooth.
