Can We Really Bridge That Much Money?! - Maximum Bridging Amount

What is the maximum amount that you can bridge?

It doesn't actually depend on the amount because we can process pretty much any amount, assuming the deal allows for it.

So what do I mean?

Let's say that you sold a property for 1 million Rand. You have costs, of course, maybe you're repaying your bond. And maybe there's some other money that you owe. At the end of the day, you're getting out 500,000 Rand because the other 500,000 is going to other costs.

We can bridge up to 80% of the amount that you're going to get. So if you're going to get 500,000, we could bridge up to 400,000. An agent might be getting 100,000 Rand commission, we could bridge 80,000, up to that amount.

Maybe you're getting 5 million ran out of a deal. We could bridge 80% of that, 4 million Rand. We don't necessarily have a limit, we're happy to look at any deal. It doesn't necessarily mean that we're going to approve it, every deal we have to look through.

But we'll look at it and hopefully assist you, assuming your deal allows for that. Up to 80%. I hope that that makes sense and clarifies what's the maximum that we can bridge and how we can get you your money, now.
