The Most Affordable Rates
Updated: Apr 5
What are the cheapest bridging finance options, and how do you discover them?
How do you analyze what's going to be the most affordable rate for you?
First of all you have the general rate bridging finance companies charge. It could be a % or some kind of daily rate.
The other thing you need to look at is if there are there any admin fees.
For example, they charge you a rate, but then they may charge you an amount just for doing your paperwork, they might add that in - an extra R500, or something of that nature - additional costs for you.
There's also the option, that there's an initiation fee, if you're the first time client, your first ever bridging finance deal, they might charge you an initiation fee on top of that - another ~R1,200 for example.
So those are the main things to look at:
Are there an admin fees?
Are there initiation fees?
Are there any other hidden charges?
Well how do it work with Empower Funding?
We don't charge admin fees.
We don't charge initial fees.
There are no hidden charges.
We have the rate (which is the most affordable rate in South Africa, guaranteed) - that's it!
What is our bridging finance rate?
Our rate starts at1 rand per 1000 rand per day.
So if you take R10,000 in bridging - it's R10 a day.
The common rate is R1.5 per R1000 rand per day - so on R10,000 you'd pay R15 a day - big difference when it starts adding up!
We guarantee to match or beat any other quote!
If you don't understand that calculation, exactly, no problem - we can always hop on a call to break it down and go over your exact deal.
But simply put, we ensure that you'll get the best rate with us - and no other charges!
The others on the market are very good and professional - no doubt about it - they do a great job.
We just aim to help you out with the best possible rate - and we aim to be as good or better with our service - always :)
