I want to give you a point that I've learned that is always important and always true:
Check your spam folder.
What do I mean?
In your spam folder, you get all kinds of emails that didn't quite make it. Most of them are spam. Most of them are rubbish. They're junk, they're trash. However, in your spam, there are always useful emails that get lost in there.
When you look through your spam folder daily you make sure that you don't miss things. I can't tell you how many times people have missed things that I've sent them. Or I get things from people when I check my spam folder. Why did it go to spam? It shouldn't have, but whenever I check it, it's usually important. And it's hidden there.
And when I go through it, I find it and answer them. Of course, always, if you find something in your spam folder that's not spam, mark it as "not spam" so that it doesn't keep going there.
When you do that and you get that email discipline you'll make sure not to miss important communications, and it will help you to be more efficient, and of course it will help your income.
So check your spam folder. I hope that tip helps!
