How To Improve Your Communication - When In Doubt - Do This
Even when you don't think that you need to... reply.
For example, you can have a client that writes to you and says, "I'll get back to you soon".
And you think, "does that require a response or not?". Go ahead and say thank you, go ahead and respond.
Because it's one more communication, one more interaction, one more time that they see your name in front of them.
Of course, there are times when you don't have to reply. For example, the guy says, "You're welcome". And you say, "I just want to thank you again" and be the last person that responds. Or he says, "You're welcome" and you just reply with a smiley face. The conversation was over when they said, "You're welcome".
There are times that a client, a prospect, someone writes to you and you think, "does this require a reply or should I just leave it?". No, reply. It's another way that they're seeing your company, your name, your face, your logo, in front of them.
This applies to text messaging, WhatsApp, email, even in person... when in doubt... communicate.
When in doubt, go ahead and reply.
